DONATE TODAY
Every day, sloths face serious threats: electrocution, road accidents, habitat destruction, and illegal pet trade. At The Sloth Institute, we are dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rewilding these incredible animals, but we cannot do it without you!
Your donation provides:
- Nutritious meals for orphaned and injured sloths
- Urgent medical care and long-term rehabilitation
- Reforestation and safe passageways like our Sloth Speedways
- Research and education programs that help protect sloths and their fragile ecosystems
Whether it’s $5 to feed a sloth, $35 to support veterinary care, or a monthly gift that sustains our life-saving programs, every dollar count

Why I support The Sloth Institute
The Sloth Institute gives orphaned and injured sloths a chance to recover and return to the rainforest to live wild and free...I cannot think of a more noble, inspirational purpose! Visiting them and seeing the dedicated staff in action is incredible. I wish I could live there and work alongside them every day!

VOLUNTEER/DONORI can’t speak highly enough of the amazing team at The Sloth Institute (TSI) & their outstanding work in sloth conservation. Born out of a genuine desire to help wildlife & stop animal cruelty, Sam Trull & her crew constantly strive to make the world a better place - one sloth rescue at a time. They believe that every sloth is born to be wild and this is evident in everything they do and stand for.

Vivian Nguyen
VOLUNTEER/DONORTSI is committed and willing to help every sloth no matter the time or circumstance. How can you not support an organisation filled with such responsible, hard-working passionate people who put the conservation and the needs of sloths far beyond their own #Slothlove #NotaPet

Tom Lawrence
VOLUNTEERI support many rescue centers and I love to hear how much everyone loves and appreciates the work that is being done at The Sloth Institute. I am always ultimately amazed at how welcoming and open hearted they are with all of their sloth rescues & I can say that they are the best at what they do which is keeping sloths safe and in the wild.

DONORThe Sloth Institute inspired us to take our interest in sloths, and grow it into a passion for their conservation. TSI has shown us, through their stories of rehabilitation, that every sloth deserves to be wild and free in the trees. They also educate on how humans have an impact on these fluffy friends, and how we all can minimize that impact.
